Individuals who fit the prioritization categories and who do not currently have access to testing can call the New York State COVID-19 Hotline at 1-888-364-3065 or https://covid19screening.health.ny.gov/ to be screened for eligibility, and if eligible, have an appointment set up at one of the State’s Testing Sites:
Nassau: Jones Beach State Park, West End, 350 Bay Parkway, Field 2, Wantagh, NY 11793
Suffolk/Stony Brook: South Parking Lot (P Lot), Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY 11790 (corner of Stony Brook Road and South Drive)
